| It seems to belong to the genus Taylorilygus. I suppose it is the male of Taylorilygus apicalis |

| Thank you for the comment. What makes you think that this is T. apicalis. I could not find this species on the Japanese list of insects. The only T. species on the list is T. pallidus. |

| Do you mean T. pallidulus (Blanchard 1852)? It was synonymized with T. apicalis. I know the only Taylorilygus species of Japan is T. apicalis (Yasunaga et al., 2001, a field guide to Japanese bugs II, p.263) p.s. I know the name you refer to, "pallidus", doesn't exist in the genus Taylorilygus |
