It seems to belong to the genus Taylorilygus.
I suppose it is the male of Taylorilygus apicalis

Thank you for the comment. What makes you think that this is T. apicalis. I could not find this species on the Japanese list of insects.
The only T. species on the list is T. pallidus.

Do you mean T. pallidulus (Blanchard 1852)?
It was synonymized with T. apicalis. I know the only Taylorilygus species of Japan is T. apicalis (Yasunaga et al., 2001, a field guide to Japanese bugs II, p.263)
p.s. I know the name you refer to, "pallidus", doesn't exist in the genus Taylorilygus
